SPECIAL WRAP from the RCM is a higher grade of Brilliant Uncirculated, due to better handling, from die to your door.The condition "Uncirculated" refer to coins showing no trace of wear. Such coins may vary slightly due to minor surface imperfections. This will include, contact marks, blemishes in prime focal areas, impaired luster, spots, dings, & scratches. An above average uncirculated coin may be brilliant and have very few contact marks. Uncirculated has several subdivisions including Perfect, Gem, Choice, and Uncirculated. (MS 60 to MS 70.)
