| 商品狀況說明 | These is a set of 1894 Pennsylvania Railroad Voluntary Relief Fund Certificate & Regulations Book. The "Relief Fund" was was an employee contributing fund to cover employees that were disabled by accident or sickness and had a death benefit. The Certificate is a fold over heavy paper piece with a glossy finish on the outside. It has the certificate of membership in the Relief Fund on one side and a definition of the benefits on the other page. When folded it is 3 1/2" wide x 6" high and is in very good condition with some loss of the finish on small spots on the cover. The Book of regulations has 48 pages and is 4 1/8" wide x 6 3/4" high. It has a certificate of membership on the inside cover and is 3 7/8" wide x 5 3/4" high. This book is in excellent condition with some minor soiling and minor edge wear. |
