This watch is not running properly or keeping good time and will need to be serviced. Rolex no longer produces parts for this generation model’s movement (and have not for some time). This means that Rolex will not be able to service this timepiece and most watchmakers may not be able to or will have difficulty servicing the movement of this timepiece. You will need to have access to a watchmaker that specializes in vintage Rolex and has (or can source) used original Rolex and/or new aftermarket parts for this movement for repairs, routine service and maintenance.” |
