VERY RARE! This is a limited first edition of 65 signed and numbered copies in the world - which were privately distributed. Comes with a special bookmark. The slipcase has a few issues. Namely loose threads etc here and there (see last 2 pictures before very last picture for examples), as well as a minor knock. The top front cover board end has what looks like it could be a small spot of dried binders glue or something (see last picture). The dust jacket has some minor rubbing and wear.
