My collection begins with FIVE original v1 #1 Playboy magazines, which first hit the newsstands in the late Autumn of 1953. The five are CGC graded 7.5, 7.0, 6.5, 5.5 & 4.5, respectively. In addition to those FIVE CGC graded Playboys are 5 more; a CGC 9.8 "50th" Anniversary" issue, a CGC 9.6 "40th Anniversary" issue, a CGC 9.8 August 2005 issue (featuring Marilyn Monroe on the cover), a CGC 9.6 July, 1998 Playboy featuring Karen McDougal on the cover as "The Playmate of the Year" and a CGC 9.6 Jan/Feb 2016 Playboy featuring Pamela Anderson on her final Playboy cover. Also included are the 71 Playboy magazines comprising the rest of the 1950s; housed (by year) in 6 Playboy binders. Average overall condition of the Playboys from January'54 through December'59 is "Fine+". The rest of the collection is in very nice condition & the CGC grades speak for themselves.
