These laptops are all in used condition. They are ready to be used by the buyer. They have a fresh install of windows 11 pro. Some drivers/ updates may be needed. The top cover, bottom cover, sides, edges, keyboard, palm rest, and track pad may show signs of normal ware/ tare, marks, scratches. Please see pics. We do not guarantee the battery life on anything that we sell, however, this battery seems to hold a charge when unplugged. The genuine HP power adapter will be included. This listing is for one unit but you can buy more at once if you would like. Also, please not the pictures are of one of the units. They will be very very similar in condition.
