Fitness Superstore’s remanufacturing process is second to none. Our certified technicians ensure that each piece of equipment leaving our warehouse is aesthetically appealing, and more critically, mechanically sound. The remanufacturing process uses the latest technology to ensure you top quality exercise equipment that is built to last. The machine is taken apart and cleaned from the inside out. Our certified technicians inspect the machine. After machines are thoroughly inspected for functionality, our certified technicians restore them to a “close to new” cosmetic condition. Machines are sandblasted to the original steel, if necessary (light scratches are usually hand sanded). Before the remanufacturing process is completed, we detail and test every unit one more time for ensured functionality and reliability. |
