The box has some tears, dings, writing - it is acceptable, please see photos because this is only for parts or repair - there are no Marx cars, no instructions, but there are enough parts to build a really good collectors set. There is a car in the box (it's not a Marx car, uncertain what it is) and it was with it when purchase years ago. It is UNTESTED. Uncertain if 1960 is the year they were made.
