Unit is being sold for parts or repair and is not currently operational. This unit requires an account to be used with the app, and accounts can only be made from the link from an order confirmation email. When support was contacted, they indicated unit was already registered and requested proof of purchase. When that was provided, they were unwilling to help further. That said, unit shows no damage or defects, and includes original power supply and case. Unit powers on and appears to attempt set-up as expected.
