It is one of those supplied to the North Vietnamese Army by its Warsaw Pact allies and was recovered by an Australian Officer serving in Vietnam in 1971 and 1972. It’s not been refurbished, restored or re-painted and is a cracking example of a late war NVA steel helmet. |
