Before being offered for resale, each item gets a thorough inspection by our returns-processing technicians. While all items are fully functioning, some items may have minor cosmetic damage such as small scratches or dents. Others may have damaged product packaging, or may be packaged in generic boxes. They may be missing non-essential accessories. In rare cases the included accessories may be replaced with generic equivalents. TVs or other products with screens do not have scratches or imperfections on the screen itself. The full manufacturer's warranty still applies.
