This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with light signs of age/wear; there is light rubbing/scuffing to surface of paper, light edgewear and associated corner wear, pattern of blemish at front top right, light wear along/about inset folds, faint fading to whites, minuscule points of blemish/distress. Overall paper quality is good; clean, smooth/glossy, with good preservation of full-color photographs/images and sharp typeset; little wear. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The brochure measures approx 8.5" x 11". |
