This very early Live Steam Engine is in need of TLC. It has been air tested (video) and runs very well on air. In its current condition, though, it would not run on steam as there is most certainly a couple of leaks, mainly from the whistle and the water plug. Besides the obvious need for cleaning and polishing, the whistle is frozen and needs to be pulled out and loosened up. The base is in good condition. It is complete and all original except for the original box that is missing. I would rate it a C4/C5. |
