Decal and Royal china 22k gold decaling is bright overall, with some light wear on gold decal. Glaze is shiny and bright. Other small factory production imperfections possible such as sand bumps, glaze skips, glaze pops, etc, normal for Homer Laughlin factory pottery making. Overall nice vintage piece.
