Auction is for an empty mini-bottle of Seagram's VO Whisky that was bottled in 1963 for Eastern Airlines. PLEASE NOTE: Although the bottle is empty, both tax strips (from the US and from Canada) that cross the lid of the bottle are undisturbed (not torn) . Also, there is no evidence that the twist-off crown cap has ever been disturbed. The glass bottle looks fine. The front and back labels have minimal wear. Over the top of the bottle are two tax strips. The blue Canada strip was applied first & the red US strip on top. A small portion of one corner of the US strip is missing. Although both tax strips are unbroken, there is a small piece of transparent tape applied to the outside on the upper neck of the bottle. Presumably the ends of the tax strips were coming loose and this tape was applied to hold them in place. I have not tried to remove the transparent tape. Please see photos.
